Agile CRM Review: Cloud Customer Relationship Management
Agile CRM is a Cloud Customer Relationship Management tool. The company was founded in 2013 by Manohar Chapalamadugu, who also founded ClickDesk.
Agile CRM has a lot of features, but still manages to keep a pretty simple user experience. Once you sign up, you’ll be guided through inviting your team members, importing contacts, and integrating other programs. When it comes to importing contacts, you have several options, as opposed to being forced to import from a CSV file. For example, you can import right from Freshbooks, Google contacts, and Shopify.
You’ll have separate areas for things like resolving Cases (customer issues, suggestions, and complaints) and keeping track of progress on new and existing Deals. Agile also has a document management feature, you can import documents from your computer or Google Docs.
Agile has a Campaigns feature. This allows you to have ongoing campaigns and targeted messaging to customers at different stages of the relationship. You can also create templates for newsletters and autoresponders. Agile is priced reasonably, but if you don’t need the advanced campaign features, you may want to choose a service that doesn’t offer all the features Agile does. If you’re going to want to have ongoing contact with customers, then these features will be useful for you.
Things to consider:
Is a super simple user interface of high importance to you?
Will you have use for advanced features like campaigns?
What’s your budget?
If you have multiple people working on your CRM, and use for advanced features like targeted campaigns, then Agile CRM is the best choice for you. If you’re looking for something with more simple and streamlined features, check out our overview review of Capsule CRM.
